I’m not convinced either.

It makes no sense for Assad to use them now that the tide of US policy was turning in his favor.

The administration is saying they have proof, but I would really like to see it.

I am only giving Trump the benefit of the doubt here because I trust him - not the rest of the government.

To clarify- I trust Trump, but I do not trust the people who gave him information-

What would happen if he found they lied to him? I strongly suggest immediate jail time.

So Savage chooses to believe Syria over Trump because of the gear first repsonders were wearing? Does even even understand that the concentrations of the gas is likely more chlorine based with trace sarin.

The real story is that the Obama admin lied about Syria getting rid of chemicals, but hey, lets eat our own over a successful show of force.

Presidents have made mistakes before. That can be fixed. What we know more about now is what Donald believes is worth fighting over. It could be worse. If Trump finds he is being fed bogus intelligence, heads will figuratively roll.

Substitute sadam for Assad and Iraq for Syria.. Haven’t we learned our lesson in blood of our very own in a quagmire?

Backing up his claim that the attack did not contain sarin, Savage made reference to photos showing first responders attending to bodies without gloves or protective gear. Had sarin been used in the attack, all of those men in white helmets would be dead.

Okay Dr. Savage riddle me this. How is it the two hookers especially the second hooker who applied the two part sarin topical gel assassinating Kim Jun Un step brother, how did she survive?

I'm not an expert but I was under the impression you touch that crap and your a goner how did they live?

My point Dr. Savage is you can't apply science in the theoretical to a forensic scene - he does know anymore then you or I if sarin was used or not.

I don't listen to Dr. Savage, I like him , just not his voice but its pretty fast to turn on a guy who is doing in Syria some of the things he said in the campaign.

One of the few times I differed with candidate Trump was when he said he supported a no fly zone over Syria which I'm not sure we can do with the Russian there and the chinese SAMs in the area.

There are going to be a couple areas where president Trump is going to clash with conservatives based on his comments in the campaign - paid family medical leave, healthcare and this Syria crap probably a couple more I'm forgotting .

But how did the hookers survive?

So many are convinced that the “white helmets” are all good guys that need our funding. So many of the “white helmets” are terrorists. They make nice friendly videos by day and are terrorists by night.

Terrorists know exactly how to play the Americans. They were losing big-time in Syria and they would be motivated to stir the USA with the use of chemical weapons. Assad and the Syrian government had absolutely nothing to gain by using chemical weapons. They could have easily wiped out these 80 or so people with conventional weapons.

I concur with you completely. This was done by ISIS and the NWO to pull their a$$es out of the frying pan. I don’t think Trump knew and if he gets proof that this was done (I think he will) he should have everyone who plotted this skinned alive.

If it was a false flag operation why isn’t Russia and Assad vehemently denying they were involved?

From what I've read and heard from Savage yesterday, the gas was much more likely to be chlorine and not sarin. That is enough to put the rest of the story into question as well.

What bothers me the most is how Trump was a fierce skeptic of previous gas attack reports just a few short months ago. So the reaction he's seeing from many supporters shouldn't be a surprise

So now, at best, it looks like he's bowing to political pressure, most likely from the Russia investigation. Worst, it shows that he's actually going to be an interventionalist despite campaigning against it in the election.

No doubt he's walking in a minefield right now, and I still have a lot of faith he'll take us in the right direction, but this does raise a lot of questions.
