I feel bad for the janitor who has to wipe up all the seman from the floor.
It’s just common courtesy to not splatter seman all over the place. Or if things get out of hand and you do, then you should clean it up. At least offer a warm washcloth.
Unless it’s on a blue dress.....
What you mentioned is rarely spoken about; the government employees who are assigned to clean that kind of a mess up.
There is probably some exacting method to the clean up,because the coroner still has to examine the remains and give the official cause of death, as if that weren’t already somewhat obvious. My guess is there is high staff turnover in such positions, by OSHAs insistence.
