No, they live in Amish country but the little road they are in most of the homes are powered.
But they just downsized to a very small one room "cottage"/other terms(maybe 350 aq ft) . VERY primitive. a stove and appliances but next to no counter space .
but I put together 2 pretty decent dinner party quality meals with little notice and adverse conditions for serving/preparing.

I’m like you. I haven’t watched The Five in a couple of years. Early in the election they were piling on Trump and I stopped watching. Dana really gets on my nerves. Miss goody to shoes attitude and stupid to boot really doesn’t need to be in public giving her opinions on anything. I think she’s lived under a rock most of her life.
