Normally I sleep with a pillow behind it but the doctor said to elevate the whole leg. Ugh, tried that last night and got zero sleep. Don’t know if that’s why I’m jittery and have a headache or it’s the meds. Probably the meds. If so, then no more.
I’m scheduled to see the ortho guy next month and there was talk of an MRI. I’m a big baby about going to the doctor but it’s time. Way past time. Can’t garden anymore. Going to the grocery store kills me for about 3 days. Can’t do anything fun. So, yeah, way past time to buck up and get it fixed.
I guess the doctor was a kook.

I really missed my gardening, too! My hubby was a saint, picking up all the slack with never a word of complaint.
When I was finally able to drive again, I was like a teenager with a brand-new driver’s license wanting to run every errand! Hubby was very gracious and said, go for it! LOL

I just bought a whole bunch of fresh 81% ground Chuck for $1.99 a pound. We have a local meat market, really local, it’s in one of the hollers so it’s an interesting location. It’s about 20 miles outside of town but they are managing to stay in business I support them not only because I want to help local businesses but their prices are fantastic. And I know everything is fresh because there’s a huge building right next-door… I don’t even want to think about it. They have signs on the wall about kill fees and packaging for people that bring in their own animals. So I hope they get enough business that way from the local ranchers also. Maybe if I get cows or goats someday...
Time for Congress to get back to work but I have to admit, I haven’t missed them!
I’ll have to go into my bathroom closet and take a look at my bottle :-) I’ll do it shortly, after the floor dries. I just mopped and can’t get there.
