sounds frustrating. and starting and restarting a heart? what, is that like rebooting a computer or phone? I don’t blame you for being skeptical!

went to a friends for dinner and games. she also invited my dog - the best friends are those that love my animals too ;)

LOL, I wouldn’t have listened anyway. I like to get things finished. I need to figure out how to mellow out more. my son drove me nuts because he was so calm about everything - but I admired hum for it, even if I was perplexed how 2 type-A parents had him!

OAN is having trouble getting markets too. I don’t see why, when half the country is conservative. I guess the liberals controlling the media (and education) has taken its toll. ;(

My mother lived to be 87 and the last 3 years of her life had senior dementia, so I keep looking for signs of it in myself. Thankfully, she was not disagreeable or combative, just lived in her own little world with moments of lucidity.

I remember we used to turn her favorite TV programs on,
though she showed little interest in them. Occasionally, the Wheel of Fortune would be on with her apparently paying no attention, when out of nowhere, she would solve the puzzle before the contestants. Same thing with Jeopardy. Amazing!!

My 2 sisters and I took turns caring for her 24/7 so she could remain in her own home until passing. It was difficult at times, but I don’t regret any minute of it.

Good Morning, lysie.

Scrambled eggs, my favorite, and ham, sure glad it’s not green.

Delicious, thanks.

Yes, we need their names, phone# and e-mail addresses.

All I know is they are the moderates, were called the Tuesday caucus the 1st time the HC bill came up.

Dover AFB is about 45 minutes north of me. The mortuary section there does an amazing job of preparing the bodies of our servicemen for their funerals.

Driving on Rt. 1 next to the AFB, you can see the C-17 transports taking off or landing.

There is a great museum there for the Air Mobility Command. Many classic aircraft parked there. And its free--Air Mobility Museum

Would love to get OAN, as Fox continues it leftward drift, maybe I need to start hounding my cable network for it.

We have been considering all kinds of things, even Firestick,
which my BIL just got.

In rural areas, as you know, you have got to pay to have TV, it’s just what is available and the price.

Oh yeah, some things about being rural are great. Right now the sounds of birds, cows, frogs are delightful. No traffic and no people.

On the other hand there are only two satellite providers. No cable available here! And neither one carries OAN.

Yikes, not a good night at all.

Hope you all stay safe.

Grumbling about only 4 hrs sleep which pales in comparison to you worrying about TORNADOS and lose of power and No sleep.

good morning early birds (all things relevant - right?)

Im here at my hotel ONLY to say goodbye to my brother & SIL who begin their 19 hour/2 day drive back home to OKC. Unfortunately poor weather will be their travel companion. They slept terribly this week at our nice hotel, not due to any problem with the hotel, but with issues allergy /pollens. They had nice visits with kids, grands and two NEW great grands.

BUT while here picked up from buffet some scrambled eggs, hash browns and some yogurt.

I slept wonderfully 8 hours straight with all the great rain here and negative ions.. Using wifi here for a short time and at home MIGHT just even hop back in bed for a bit. Need to be at my sampling job today for 1-5 shift. Doing 3 wines in the 14 Hands group - some of you might be acquainted with the variety

Thanks for all the news, reporting, pix and I am sure that Ray will have another humdinger of a ping for all of us!,
