Oh yeah, windchimes are nice. I have a feeder I’m going to hang in front of the big window so the cats can watch.
You have fire flies already! I think I’ll have to wait another few weeks for ours. What determines when they come out, temperature?
Oh no, I don’t feel that way! No one’s pain is any worse or better than anyone else’s. Well maybe it is, I phrase that wrong. But we all have trials and we need to share them together. It makes it easier to go through. And sharing about it might help someone else.

One day I was grumbling how I did all these things for my husband, (I mentioned I did his laundry etc). His comment was “I never asked you to.” I said. “Fine you can do your own then.” I proceeded to write up instructions on how to use the washing machine etc; and taped it to the top of the lid. I let him do his own laundry for about a month and then I took it over again. :-) He does load and unload the dishes now, but with the strokes and Parkinsonism he has it takes forever. I need to learn patience.

I usually start my container planting on Memorial Day weekend, assuming we’re done with frost danger by then. I am so looking forward to it!
When I was growing up, my mother and grandmother were always so excited about gardening, and my siblings and I could NOT see the attraction. I know my mother gets a kick out of the fact that all three of us grew up to become avid gardeners. Guess it’s just in our DNA!

I absolutely love the way our President and his staff give “credit where credit is due” to each other. It’s not about any one individual but each person working efficiently and competently.
Hubby says we are seeing the difference between a community organizer with no business experience and a successful businessman who knows how to delegate and has surrounded himself with other successful business men and women who know how to get the job done.

There are many countries in this world where changing one’s economic class is extremely difficult. In the USA we can achieve just about anything we want and are willing to work for, no matter our economic status as a a child. That is one of the main things that has made America great. Now we have a man in the White House who wants to MAGA! What a blessing.
He also makes sure to praise VP Pence every chance he gets. Pence has got to be the hardest working VP ever. And he is actually doing things, not just showing up for photo ops.

Mr. Upc is never allowed near the laundry. He could care less how he looks. Hasn’t worn a white shirt or tie in years. Too many disasters when he was retired and I was working full time-colored and whites mixed, damp clothes shoved in drawers, my good work clothes mixed with his greasy work clothes, too much bleach and a nonchalant attitude about it all- (”what’s the big deal-the clothes are clean aren’t they?”)
I remember well. She wanted a plane that wouldn’t have to refuel on its trips to CA. I wonder if she still has that plane as House minority leader. Just because no previous minority leader had a personal plane would not stop her from demanding one. She is repulsive with her frozen in place grimace which she probably calls a smile.
