I agree about using El Chapo’s billions to fund the wall. But I’m sure some interfering activist judge will step in to block it.
Cartel bosses hiding? Horse hockey. They’re out in the open and have always been. My students were always telling about who these guys were and what they were up to. The feds aren’t arresting them in greater numbers because they don’t want to.
