Talk show host Stephen Colbert is taking serious heat on social media for a profane joke he made about President Donald Trump that many fans are calling "homophobic."
The "Late Show" star sounded off on Trump during his opening monologue Monday night, criticizing Trump for abruptly ending an interview with CBS News' "Face the Nation" host John Dickerson.
"Sir, you attract more skinheads than free Rogaine," Colbert said during his profranity-laced rant, which was bleeped during the telecast. "You have more people marching against you than cancer. You talk like a sign language gorilla that got hit in the head. In fact, the only thing your mouth is good for is being Vladimir Putin's c–k holster."
Fans immediately took issue with Colbert's final joke, with some calling the comedian homophobic, and demanding CBS fire him.

Colbert has always been an agitated ,yapping Democratic poodle doing the bidding of his leftist bosses at CBS. Now the little canine has gotten rabies and needs to be put down.
The left is getting nuttier and nuttier....the election was six months ago...and, Hillary is gonna join the resistance. Geez....
With all the lies and outright Fraud they perpetrate, why in the Hell do they even have a License to broadcast over the Public Airwaves???
I agree on all counts that they should fire Colbert.
But isn’t it funny that the very people who love Colbert and hate Trump should call for Colbert to be let go because of his “homophobic” comment.

Funny thing is, I haven’t watched ANY Network Channel in 30 years.

Correct, when I woke up this morning, Mr. Trump is still in office. I am really getting tired of social media hyperbole.
Cutting remarks (whether the targets deserve them or not) are celebrated as if they are an actual accomplishment. Being a “smarmy smirkweasel” does require some talent, but it is hardly noteworthy.
He is free to criticize the President, and I am free to never watch him.
