There can be no prosecution of a President.

That’s a legal and political reality.

The worst possible fate they can face is removal from office. Besides, EVERYBODY knew Clinton was going to win.

And that’s why there was no prosecution.

Now it’s up to Sessions to also decline.

The candidate who won the 2016 presidential election was not going to be inaugurated until January 20, 2017.
