I have ridden thoroughbreds — not racing of course, but just to knock around polo balls with friends. They are huge and powerful animals. I’m amazed they let me on their backs at all.
CNN would really be outraged if they found out that there were few mares that compete ann fewer winners. They should demand that half of the entries be mares regardless of their records.

Why don’t they discuss fixing the nurse problem. The lack of male nurses. Huge demographic imbalance there too.
Lets start fixing all the imbalanced fields where men aren’t represented.
Never see them complain, ever, about this type of imbalance. The bias is clear. Which means it must be rejected and ignored because it’s not about fairness, just pushing a feminist agenda.

Percheron horse people frequently have ‘I love my blacks’ signs and bumper stickers, etc. I notice that Google seems to block such images now!
When I was twelve years old and in the seventh grade the girls were taller than the boys and weighed more. At that age it is not unusual for a girl to be stronger than a boy in her class. Most girls top out in height at around twelve, boys keep growing until as old as twenty one. I reached my full height at seventeen. When Judy Garland played Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz she was sixteen but playing a twelve year old girl. The story is that they had to bind her breasts to keep her from looking older than twelve but I had a couple of classmates who already had large breasts at age twelve. Girls reach physical maturity long before boys.
If they actually took notice of the imbalance in the nursing profession they would blame it on men for not pursuing nursing and insist that men should be forced to take up nursing until the proper ratio is attained. They would never, ever, consider the possibility that men were being unfairly prevented from being nurses.
