Is Jared Kushner under criminal investigation for Russia ties?
American Thinker ^ | 05/20/2017 | Ed Straker

Posted on 05/20/2017 6:42:14 PM PDT by SeekAndFind

It seems that Jared Kushner is under investigation for his alleged ties to Russia.

Donald Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, has reportedly been identified as a "person of interest" in the ongoing investigation into possible ties between Russia and Donald Trump's campaign. Yashar Ali, a contributor to New York magazine said on Twitter: "It's Jared Kushner. Have confirmed this with four people. I'm not speculating."

Whom was Kushner meeting with?

Kushner ... has acknowledged that he met with the head of a Russian development bank, Vnesheconombank, which has been under U.S. sanctions since July 2014. The president's son-in-law initially omitted contacts with foreign leaders from a national security questionnaire, though his lawyer has said publicly he submitted the form prematurely and informed the FBI soon after that he would provide an update.

Vnesheconombank handles development for the state, and in early 2015, a man purporting to be one of its New York-based employees was arrested and accused of being an unregistered spy.

Were Kushner's omissions accidental?  There were so many of them, including several very recent meetings, making it hard to believe.

In seeking a top-secret government security clearance, Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump's son-in-law and senior adviser, failed to report dozens of contacts with foreign officials, according to a Thursday New York Times report.

The contacts included meetings with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak and the head of a Russian state-owned bank, Vnesheconombank, both of which took place in December.

I wonder why Kushner would not report those meetings!

A lot of this may be considered public information if it comes from disclosure forms that were filled out by the person who was the subject of the background check.

I think the disclosures on an SSBI are subject to the Privacy Act.

Spend any time reading anything from Ed Straker, and your IQ will take a huge dip.

Getting kickbacks and money laundered like Hillary got as the Secretary of State for letting 20% of US Uranium ore go to foreign interests, or even if it was a domestic deal is what is criminal. Clinton's pay to play.

And let's not forget Podesta :

We finally have proof of inappropriate financial dealings with Russia -One America News

I believe Trump is “colluding” with Putin to save Western, Christian Civilization. Whatever they do toward that goal is fine by me.

It is my belief that we are witnessing the use of intelligence to snoop on the most detailed elements of American citizens in order to find something you can use to destroy them. This is 1984 Big Brother is watching you. We are seeing the weaponizing of America's intelligence for political purposes. This cannot stand. We have to protect our privacy from Big Government seeking to find human mistake that it wants to use against us.

The use of Wikileaks to expose the criminal corruption of the Clinton Team has its downside. It gave the Left the excuse to use the intelligence apparatus to leak embarrassing information about their opponents. However, the federal apparatus of intelligence is not Wikileaks. America's federal apparatus is limited by the rule of law and the Constitution. To go out of bounds from the legal limits is forbidden and punishable. That is the fatal flaw of thinking by the Left. I hope Special Council, Robert Mueller, throws the book at them.

The New York Times has a Big 6 wheel in the basement with names of Trump associates in the place of dice. Senior editor spins it each morning to see who they will claim is in cahoots with Russia that day.

Donald Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner is going to be trouble for him. Just like other relatives other presidents have had.

Count me as one that wants Kushner to leave the Whitehouse, but it doesn’t surprise me that he omitted some contacts. When I submitted my last clearance form for top secret (TS), there is a section that said words to the effect’ “list all contacts you have had with foreign government officials.” I put down- “Too numerous to remember. I was the Coalition Logistics Chief with Multination Force Iraq (MNFI) and I talked everyday with officers from any of the 31 countries that were part of MNFI.” When I had my interview, the investigating agent asked for particulars and I couldn’t give him any. I gave him a list of the countries and told him that I was almost certain I had talked to at least one officer from each of the countries on the list. OBTW, I had my TS renewed.
