President Trump’s first foreign trip has brought a big benefit to his daughter's pet project.
As Trump traveled the Middle East, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates pledged $100 million to a fund for women entrepreneurs proposed by Ivanka Trump, according to a report.
The Wall Street Journal reported Saudi Arabia and the U.A.E. would donate to the Women Entrepreneurs Fund, a program Ivanka Trump pitched to World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim and has discussed with several world leaders.
The fund’s money will be controlled by World Bank, not Ivanka, but she continues fundraising for it even while serving as an adviser to her father and traveling with him to meet foreign diplomats.
Ivanka Trump met with female Saudi business and government leaders over the weekend for what was billed as a talk about “women’s economic empowerment.”

I was JUST talking to another Freeper about the ‘tone’ of FR, today.
For starters, it’s the annoying SUCCESS of DJT and Melania’s trip to Saudi for the Never Trumpers, and secondly, I think all of the TROLLS that normally don’t seem THAT obnoxious in SMALL doses, are on a BENDER because FR was down for THREE WHOLE DAYS and they couldn’t get their ‘Snipe Fix’ during that time. ;)
For some of them, it was a hit to their paycheck.
