You are on to something here. One sign of senility is that the inner filter that keeps certain thoughts from being expressed is diminished. Mean people in their old age can become very mean people.

We know that one liberal trait is to project onto others what one fears most will happen to them.

I think Maxine feared that Obama would risk be impeached. When it did not happen, she turned that very weapon loose against Trump.

Fortunately, most of us know that Congresswoman Waters has little of true merit to say.

I’m very conflicted. I’m beginning to agree with her here. Sessions has been a BIG disappointment.

Now that I said that about agreeing with Waters, I need a shower...

If PAul Ryan had any balls, he would call for a vote in the House to expel Waters for unprofessional conduct and constant lying.

Sessions was not required to even list the one meeting he had on the form, as the question pertains any “ongoing or recurring” meetings, not a one time deal which was not even held in private.

Sessions is no dummy and has only been in office for two months.

He is a good man and a just man—I want him close to Trump, not another swamp dweller.

He has a tough job. By attrition and hiring over the years, the career lawyers at DOJ have become heavily Democratic. There was an article not long ago stating the DOJ professional staff contributed to Hilary by large numbers - something like 90%. Now they will do their job but will lean left and slow walk cases anti-left. He has a strong staff of appointed prosecutors, but the nut and bolts of the organization is handled by the in-house democrats who are protected by the employees union.

You can ditto the above for every other department in government - sad.
