In 217.19, Webb-Goodman reminds that the other runners that died mysteriously are John Jones, Mike Ratner and they include Gavin MacFadyen in the Runner Network as presumably an arranger of sorts. MacFadyen was known to have spoken to Runners.

Add to the body count two MS-13 killers in South Carolina, the Modus Operandi is to kill the killers so they won’t be testifying.
The bodies are piling up all over the place.
