Doesn’t the Trump administration have any control whatsoever of the state department or DOJ? Why in the hell isn’t any of this clinton/obama axis corruption and felonies being investigated? Is the administration afraid of really pi$$ing off the deep state? I’m totally at a loss to explain the complete pass clinton and barry get.

Comey is the REAL criminal here. Benghazi, IRS scandal, Hillary Emails, ILLEGAL SPYING ON THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN AND THE UNMASKING OF NAMES, Huma, Bryan Pagliano, Cheryl Mills, and even Hussein Odunga himself.. THEY SHOULD ALL HAVE BEEN RECOMMENDED BY COMEY FOR INDICTMENT.

It looks to be all be set up for Comey to testify in open session next week and assert that Trump attempted to interfere in the Flynn investigation. He may submit his own personal notes and testify that they were made the same day as Trump's alleged. Won't matter to the mob that there is no proof. With the Uniparty in full throated hunt to get Trump out of office, there will be howls for impeachment immediately.

I watched it all with my own eyes firsthand in a decade living in the DC area. The corruption is beyond comprehension.
I completely agree. There is no reason Trump can’t order the SOS to release all this information to the proper authorities or anyone else for that matter. It is bordering on delusion when they admit the crimes and are ignored by everyone in power. Trump needs to order Sessions to make one case against all the Dems involved. Then prosecute. If Sessions is just a figurehead, fire him and get down to business. These are the actions that will piss off average people.
Since the State Department is not run by T. Rex I hope this "oversight" will be corrected shortly. If it is not we will now know how deep the deep state goes.

Since the article also says the State Dept has not reviewed all the contents, and has not turned them over to JW, what is the basis for claiming the Datto backup contained ALL of the Hillary Server emails? Feels like another set up where the worst messages have been expunged.
And the Judge ordered production to JW by 2018? Is that right after the statute of limitations? I agree with other comments: why is the Trump administration incapable of prioritizing this? Justice delayed is justice denied. Trump promised to put Hillary in jail. Get busy before she dies a free woman.
That’s the pertinent point of it all. The republicans are in charge of the house, senate and executive branch. They need to step up and show all of America that they will not allow felonies to go unpunished and the no one is above the law. they need to prioritize the myriad crimes perpetrated by the previous administration and make sure there are plenty of good agents assigned to each piece of the puzzle. Any zerobama holdovers need to be fired or reassigned to a place where they can’t possibly be in a position to monkey-wrench the investigations.
And Sessions needs to call a press conference, post haste, and let us know just what the “F” he’s doing to earn his salary.
