This can be summed up with a simple "Mr. Biggles is a cat".
This reminds me of the series of cat litter commercials with Katherine Heigl as a pet psychologist: "He would like you to pet him now. But just for three seconds or he'll scratch the crap out of you."
Could be some prejudice against BLACK cats motivating this Australian lady's critique of him. I never understood the logic behind the fear of black cats.
