Rubio just got Comey to admit the exact set of circumstances that I outlined yesterday would be the most important cruxt of an ethical/criminal violation by Trump, and that was whether Comey informed Trump whether his requests were out of line after he asked them, and that Trump would have some problems if Comey did, and Trump thus persisted.
