When I retired from the Marines, my TS clearance was still active, I think it’s SOP to just let them expire. If they had actually been held accountable for their criminal behavior it would be a different story.

Your S2 or G2 Security Officer by law should have read you out and had you sign disclosure forms that ended your clearance. When a person leaves their position, their clearance while not pulled does not/or no longer gives them access to information again until as such time as permissions are assigned giving you specific access to different categories or levels of information.

May have still been administratively active, which meant you could have been read back into a program without a full reinvestigation, but I bet you were debriefed and your access to the program(s) and/or material(s) you had access to do your job was removed.
SOmehow I doubt those same procedures have been followed regarding HRC. If she hs had access to classified information after she left her post as SState, that is criminal with the possible exception while was a prez candidate.
