I don’t want to put all my groceries in one basket. Amazon will kill a lot of the competition. I don’t wan

I'm still steamed that I am supposed to subsidize Amazon Prime for the welfare recipients.

We use spoiled fruit for target practice. My boys get a kick out of how they often explode, and since they are organic, we don’t have to clean up The mess. Guess maybe we should be making a visit to our local Whole Foods on our way out shooting.

I’d rather see wet and get national attention. I’d love for it to be in Florida at least.

It saddens me that the most attractive eye candy at my Whole Foods has green hair and a tat on her tit

Is this a prerequisite for hire? I stopped going to our local WF because of same.

Amazon will dominate the grocery business within a few years.

I agree. In five years drones will deliver frozen waffles and a dozen eggs before the kids are out of the shower...

#6. Every two or three years the entire layout of the store would change.

I wish we had Wegmans here in Tennessee. That store is the BEST grocery store I’ve ever been in.

Why would you want your kid to pick up a fruit at the door? Oh wait you aren't talking about a liberal fruit, but a fruit like an apple, plum or peach...correct? 😀

Kroger has started on-line ordering. I personally hate doing any shopping - on-line or in person mainly because I hate to spend money - but I certainly don’t want anyone picking out my groceries, especially my fruit, veggies and cuts of meat. The worst thing about Kroger is that they have way tooooo many parking spots reserved for mothers-to-be, handicapped and now an entire section to park to pick up your groceries. Ridiculous IMO.

Wonder how long it will be before stores realize that a lot of what people buy is just “in case” and because their eyes are larger than their stomach and overall sales drop as the number of shoppers increase from this source.

I doubt I would ever shop this way...just pointing out that Amazon will have competition with this approach. A co-worker uses a local store that delivers to his house...and he says he does buy alot less. So the stores feel like they have to compete...even if they lose out on profits...better than losing the customer completely I suppose.

This almost sounds like a money laundering scheme - paying $40 a share for stock that selling for $33 a share.

Saw a headline that read: Amazon looking to become Walmart before Walmart can become Amazon.

Oh, I would have said “pick up a flaming homo fudge packing, turd-burgling, butt pirate” if I meant it that way.

Sorry for the confusion.

Grams, Kroger allows open carry in their stores.

That pleases me even though I do not and probably never will open carry myself.

I go there rather than the big, new HEB across the street.

"...Is this a prerequisite for hire?..."

Seems like tats and freaky piercings are required to get hired. I do not approve of that business model.

Kroger also has a discount card for seniors - 10% off Kroger brands. We only do stop there - NEVER HEB - but still rankles me about all the limit on the parking.
