I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. If you have a governing philosophy which punishes baby making and other productive behaviors, the solution is not to replace the population, the solution is to replace the leadership.
So, what does the NY Times’ Bret Stephens contribute to America? Heck, what does the NY Times and most of it reporters contribute? Those are the biggest offenders who have American reeling from their stupidity and irrational thinking?
Deport the whole NY Times staff, and replace them all with the uneducated and ignorant immigrants, who, even if they have nothing to contribute, they won’t be contributing as much negativity as the working at the NY Times.
Memo to President Trump: Please consider tweaking the tax code to provide greater incentives for tax paying, job holding married people to have children. And remove incentives in the welfare system for poor people to have children. The birthrate IS an issue, no doubt, but having more welfare recipients pop out more kids that will receive gov’t services throughout their lives isn’t going to fix it. We need to increase the birth rate of productive people instead.

Immigrants are voting with their feet and leaving what they consider to be failed nations and coming to what they consider to be a successful nation, a nation which was created and built and defended for more the 400 years before Bret Stephens and other current immigrants arrived.

He is also talking about a time before welfare. They either made it or starved. Not so much anymore. Most immigrants are on some kind of aid and all those children they’re having, that by a mistake are American citizens, are sucking the aid wagon dry.
Most people don’t know what a natural born citizen is.
Even here on Free Republic we have many who think it is anyone born of an American parent anywhere in the world or any child born here of foreigners.
Immigrants get “help” in the form of money for many years that young native born Americans do not. We subsidize the immigrant both legal and illegal.
