Note the title is deliberately misleading-- the report said murder for hire or serial killing
The Profiling Project, based in Arlington, Virginia, consists of around 20 volunteers who are current and former George Washington University forensic-psychology graduate students and instructors. The report states that Rich’s July 2016 “death does not appear to be a random homicide” or “a robbery gone bad,” as police had suggested. Instead, the report says, the “death was more likely committed by a hired killer or serial murderer,” and that the killer is likely still at large.
“The person folks [should be] looking for and considering isn’t a robber who kills, but really is a killer, and maybe a killer that doesn’t rob,” says Kevin Doherty, a recent George Washington University graduate and one of the volunteers with the Profiling Project. “The fact that this person has gotten away with it shows a level of proficiency.”

I suspect the murderer of Seth Rich is both a hired gun for the DNC, and a seasoned serial killer, since he has probably murdered others for “hire” too. I remember a similar DC murder in a very safe area of another disgruntled staffer along with 3 other innocents (Google: Mary Mahoney).

This is a group of college grads and professors sitting around and doing a ‘who dunit’.
Let’s get back to basics. Was there not a report of two men captured in a nearby parking garage ? IIRC, they were released by the Capitol Police.
The killer is known but is covered in Deep State, for now.
FOIA requests for standard items such as autopsy, officer cams, death certificate have been turned down as unavailable, and other things. Such things are NEVER refused.
This ‘serial killer’ bs is designed to give an appearance of some sort of investigation going on. There has been no process in the official investigation for more than a year, but there have been lies a mile deep.
Seth Rich is one of many dead bodies. His murder case will be solved soon after President Trump wins the war against certain Deep State actors, if not before. But it won’t be solved by the DC Capitol Police or metro police.
My favorite Newsweek story was when they admitted they farmed out the "Madam President" issue and didn't even review it. Even Newsweek won't read Newsweek.
On to the Seth Rich story, amazing that Democrats want so desperately to not talk about the murder of someone who actively worked for the DNC.
