When we talk about “the swamp”, people fail realize one of the biggest, nationwide swamps is the public education system. It has been heavily infiltrated by the left. Teachers are the most untrustworth people on the planet.
“equity training” is institutional job security for SJWs and SJW bureaucats.
the money funds radical leftists (who would otherwise be without work, since they create nothing) and radical leftist causes.
the training is likely to be straight out of material taught in (state mandated) multiculturalism courses at graduate schools of education.
minorities sail through the courses. non-minorities are compelled to apologize for who they are. it is racism.

Unlawful sequestration. Harassment. Bullying. Singling out some individuals for trashing because of the color of their skin = racial discrimination. All punishable by law.
The school officials need to be fired, and then brought into civil court. (You know they are immune from legal punishment because of the power of the democrat party.)
If anyone who doesn’t see that the road to the glorious revolution is eliminating the oppressor classes and the parasite class called white people wasn’t paying attention to Mao’s cultural revolution or Pol Pot’s purification to year zero campaign. This is where the American left is going.

Something similar happened to me in chaplaincy training. It wasn’t specifically ‘white,’ but there was a whole list of ‘privileges’ that the entire class had to mark off that they had.
I refused, then flipped off my supervisor and the entire class in response while doing a parody of the ‘The man your man could smell like’ ad.
“Look at this finger, now back to me, now back to this finger, now back to me,” etc.
Oddly enough, I got respect for it.
Shame on that school board. They must be the stupidest people in NC. Those teachers who are racially abusing White students should be fired immediately. White taxpayers should refuse to pay taxes to support such a racist school system. Let’s see who can fill the financial hole left in school budgets when White taxpayers withhold their “privilege” to pay taxes.

“Privilege” does not exist ex nihilo. It had to start somewhere with some people. I have no problem with others admitting to the world that my ancestors were more apt, more intelligent, more able, more sophisticated, and much more likely to come out on the winning side of any conflict with their ancestors. If they want to take it back 50 years, 500 years or 5,000 years I am up for that. The better team apparently won the privilege game and took home the trophy. The 2nd place team took home — well — 2nd place.
If they say the game was rigged, then my ancestors were smarter than theirs and figured out how to rig the game and theirs didn’t. If they say my ancestors were more savage than theirs then that means theirs were weaker than mine. If they say there were more of mine, then that means that mine were simply better at understanding how to use the environment and technology to sustain a greater population. If they say that my ancestors were better geographically situated that means that they were better realtors, able to find and hold superior territory. If they say my ancestors had bigger, badder, and more destructive weapons that means than their ancestors were probably stuck in a stone-age existence for 10,000 years past their time.
No matter how you slice it… they are making the claim for me that their ancestors could not quite hack it when it came to competition for the “privilege” of being on top. They were weaker, ineffective, and overall a fine example of Darwinism in action. Seems to me as if they are pointing the “finger of blame” at the wrong set of ancestors. I’d suggest they have a heartfelt talk with their grandma and grandpa and ask them why ~their~ grandmas and grandpas were so pitiful in the game of life.
Now understand that ~this~ is how ~they~ see the world. This is what ~they~ are admitting happened. Unless, of course, they want to somehow claim that “privilege” just happened along one day from out of nowhere and someone picked it up off the ground and has been using it ever since. Should be an interesting and amusing read.
Mind control, programming the younger generation to welcome their complete dispossession of their culture, country, and probably their lives.

We must remember that white privilege ideology took over churches — including many Evangelical churches — and the corporate world years before it was being pushed in k-12 public schools.
We lost the battle when white privilege style diversity training became ubiquitous at large corporations, at least 20 years ago.
Conservatives failed to fight then and the current situation is the inevitable consequence.
