Actually, Vlad should sue an American newspaper that circulates in the UK. They don’t have legal rules that coddle the media - if they lie, they pay.

The media was in a frenzy because a Democrat lawmaker was shot. They trivialized that a conservative federal judge, John Roll, was murdered in this same shooting.
I remember well that the mind-raping media was speculating about the shooter being part of the Tea Party. he turned out to be a liberal lunatic. But they certainly tried to put the blame on people like Palin.
Ironically, the accusations they made against Palin are absolutely applicable to THEIR stirring up violence against conservatives.
Had they given a detailed, sincere public apology to Sarah Palin instead of a short, vague retraction, I bet she would not have sued them. But of course they could not treat their ideological enemy like a human being.
