All of the above. You can have more than one week at once.

I think the Tweets helped him in many ways to get his message out there both in the primary and general. That said, some of the Tweets did hurt him. The Heidi Cruz Retweet, for example, caused his poll numbers to drop. I believe it was around that time that Cruz won Wisconsin and was doing well, but he probably would have won Wisconsin anyway. There were certain Tweets that were not helpful to him that the media obsessed over. One thing that he did prior to the election within that last month is he really stayed on message and used his Twitter to promote his message or attack Hillary. That’s when his poll numbers really went up.

You are right. He has a great plan for this country, and I was criticized by some for my response to these two Tweets, but I don’t see any benefit from them as his voters don’t even watch the show. It’s not like he has to attack them in order to maintain his base or get supporters. People who seriously watch that show (not people who hate watch like my Mom) would never vote for him anyway. Second, there is a perception put out there by the media that he is unpresidential, hot tempered, sexist (even though it wasn’t sexist), etc. That furthered that perception.

Now to his hard core supporters, this won’t have an affect, but with his poll numbers hovering around 40%, I think it’s crucial he maintains those who voted for him and can grow his base. A strong focus on his agenda and the positive things he has done so far and will be doing can help that. Not everyone who voted for him are traditional Republicans. Not everyone who voted for him love him - they did it because they hate Hillary. I don’t like to go to Twitter and see the Trump Regrets account (some of the regrets on there are fake by the way) and see people who voted for him regret it. The moderates and the people who chose him as the lesser of two evils are who he could lose. It will be interesting to see how his poll numbers look when this is factored in.

They have been vile to him in the media and at MSNBC. There is a clear double standard as to what the media can say and he can say. The media loves it when people trash him whether it be their own, celebs, late night comics, or even foreign leaders. That said, there were better ways to point out their hate in my opinion. I’d have put together a video of their vitriol and used it to show media bias and division. Or I’d have Tweeted without bringing up the face lift about their hostility.

The primary focus should have been on immigration, the travel ban, energy (he gave a speech), and the President of South Korea coming. People ultimately care about your success. Promote, promote, promote and sell your success because the media won’t. Point out their bias along the way, but don’t make it the focus so that it takes away from your success and agenda.

The media was in a tailspin with regards to CNN, Project Veritas, the public turning against the press, and that Tweet gave them fodder. I hate giving the left fodder.

Many have disagreed and support the Tweet, and perhaps they will be right and this won’t hurt him. We’ll wait and see.

Words as weapons.

President Trump is doing this tweet-thing, on his own time. Remind me again, how much *45*’s salary is?

We never saw hilldabeast without her Pinocchio nose in her Blackberry...on the company dime.
