Several anchors and reporters at CNN have had their home addresses published and have received threats of rape and other violence in the wake of a story published by Andrew Kaczynski, who heads up the network’s investigative K-FILE team. Anti-network trolls are encouraging viewers to wrongly accuse CNN staffers of pedophilia and child pornography. There is also “tons of anti-Semitism.”
“Frustration” is the predominant feeling inside CNN, The Mirror has learned.
Kaczynski published a story on the 4th of July in which he appeared to threaten to publish the name of a Reddit user who parades around anonymously as “HanAssholeSolo.” HanAssholeSolo claimed to be the originator of the wrestling video tweeted by President Trump in which POTUS flattened a wrestler whose face was a CNN logo.
Trump has long accused CNN of being “fake news” and “very fake news.”
The network seems to be fulfilling Trump’s need for a public enemy. In other words, CNN fills the void for “Low energy Jeb,” “Little Marco,” “Lyin’ Ted” and “Crooked Hillary.” In recent months, CNN has become a virtual punching bag for Trump supporters. The reason doesn’t often matter. Be it White House correspondent Jim Acosta bitching about press access or “New Day” host Chris Cuomo deleting a tweet, they’re drunk on hate and their perception that the network is not giving Trump a fair shake. To be sure, Kaczynski’s home address has been posted online as have those of various CNN anchors and reporters.
“Frustrated by our critics’ double standards,” a CNN insider said on condition of anonymity. “Frustrated that CNN staffers’ private information is being published in ‘retaliation’ — when the network made the decision to not out the Reddit user. Frustrated by the speed in which misinformation, lies and hate spreads. Frustrated that POTUS’s son has no accountability.”
Some CNN employees are taking steps to protect themselves, but details are hush-hush as revealing them could jeopardize employing safety measures in the first place.
Kaczynski called out Donald Trump Jr. for posting incorrect tweets. “Don Jr. knowingly spreads lies,” my source told me.
For one thing, the Reddit user in question is not 15 but a middle-aged man.
Secondly, Kaczynski never deleted his tweet.
Totally agree with that. We’re cheering because they’re going after one of our enemies, but they don’t play favorites.
I’m not sure, because the rumors are flying fast and thick, but didn’t CNN threaten to “out” not only the maker of the video but his family also?

Wow! I know I shouldn’t, but I love it. Citizens fighting back at a powerful news organisation which has attempted to supress the free speech of private citizens, CNN has it coming and deserves every bit of it.

What’s really bad for CNN is that if something happens to one of their own, they no longer can blame Trump. They have to blame themselves.

I disagree with what you say. It is far better to allow CNN and the other lying scumbags to destroy themselves by a series of unforced errors as is happening here.
By simply outing all their lies and using the greatest weapon of all against them, ridicule, they will soon loose the one thing which keeps them in business and that is their viewers. Once that happens the advertisers leave and the game is over.
I’ve often wondered what it would be like to see some horrific violent act done against the media (sorta like the black guy that shot and killed that morning news chick and her cameraman except he was one of the newspeople himself) and watch them break down in uncontrollable tears only to have somebody shove a camera in their face and start recording.
THEY think that’s fair game to do that to crime victims and accident victims where a loved one was just killed. I’d like to know how they feel about someone turning the tables on THEM? Where’s your (bleeping) right to know then, huh?
I had a gay co-worker who told me he had done it with one of the local tv weathermen. It was then I realized that it could be practically any of the ones on local tv and I’d believe him.
But as for men and appearance, your comment might have had merit before high definition. I remember when Houston tv stations switched to high def and the sports guy (a devout Mormon and former NFL quarterback), asked about how he liked high definition yelled “EAR HAIR! Now they get on me about EAR HAIR!” So now they’re ALL fussy about appearance, even the straight ones.
THIS I might pay money to watch. Like watching Saddam's statue pulled down.
When the hactivists get done with CNN even the wifi lighting will not work.
All that and worse. IMO, Mika and the future Mr. Brzezinski deserve to have their upcoming wedding disrupted in a major way. I personally would love to participate in that.
