Several anchors and reporters at CNN have had their home addresses published and have received threats of rape and other violence in the wake of a story published by Andrew Kaczynski, who heads up the network’s investigative K-FILE team. Anti-network trolls are encouraging viewers to wrongly accuse CNN staffers of pedophilia and child pornography. There is also “tons of anti-Semitism.”
“Frustration” is the predominant feeling inside CNN, The Mirror has learned.
Kaczynski published a story on the 4th of July in which he appeared to threaten to publish the name of a Reddit user who parades around anonymously as “HanAssholeSolo.” HanAssholeSolo claimed to be the originator of the wrestling video tweeted by President Trump in which POTUS flattened a wrestler whose face was a CNN logo.
Trump has long accused CNN of being “fake news” and “very fake news.”
The network seems to be fulfilling Trump’s need for a public enemy. In other words, CNN fills the void for “Low energy Jeb,” “Little Marco,” “Lyin’ Ted” and “Crooked Hillary.” In recent months, CNN has become a virtual punching bag for Trump supporters. The reason doesn’t often matter. Be it White House correspondent Jim Acosta bitching about press access or “New Day” host Chris Cuomo deleting a tweet, they’re drunk on hate and their perception that the network is not giving Trump a fair shake. To be sure, Kaczynski’s home address has been posted online as have those of various CNN anchors and reporters.
“Frustrated by our critics’ double standards,” a CNN insider said on condition of anonymity. “Frustrated that CNN staffers’ private information is being published in ‘retaliation’ — when the network made the decision to not out the Reddit user. Frustrated by the speed in which misinformation, lies and hate spreads. Frustrated that POTUS’s son has no accountability.”
Some CNN employees are taking steps to protect themselves, but details are hush-hush as revealing them could jeopardize employing safety measures in the first place.
Kaczynski called out Donald Trump Jr. for posting incorrect tweets. “Don Jr. knowingly spreads lies,” my source told me.
For one thing, the Reddit user in question is not 15 but a middle-aged man.
Secondly, Kaczynski never deleted his tweet.
I guess that’s why their ratings are so good.

Their ratings are measured by traditional means which would be households if I’m not mistaken, so the commercial distribution would likely not be accounted for as far as exposure. I’m sure there are certain advertisers who realize this and have tested into it as far as infomercial style call to action, visit the website or call the toll free number. A large, guaranteed, targeted captive audience does have market value.

#43: Many years ago, the far-left held some kind of protest in DC on Pennsylvania Avenue. I was covering it for a newspaper.
I met a DC police intelligence division photographer who I knew and was chewing the fat with for a while. He used my shoulder to take a photo - of a beautiful blond woman just walking by. I never got a copy as requested. Lucky guy.
Fortunately, I also had a small camera with me to take photos of the demonstration/demonstrators and signs in case we wanted to use them in an article.
A little gray—haired, sourpuss-faced woman came up to me (she was a demonstrator) and said that it was illegal to take her picture.
I told her that I was with the newsmedia and would take any photo I wanted, but in her case, she was too ugly and would break my camera.
The look on her old commie face was “PRICELESS”.
By that time, the blond had moved away. My bad!

They’ve done some really awful things in the past, just for warped amusement apparently, such as sending photos of a child who had been killed to that child’s parents. They’re not nice by any stretch, capable of being very cruel. I’d keep them at arm’s length as I mentioned upthread.

That's something much darker than a misunderstanding. It's a crime. The threat is a crime. Following through on it would be another crime. The latter wasn't committed (yet). The former was.
I have said for some time that once this starts it will be impossible to control. It's started.

Well, the calls on the answering machine saying, “We want to interview and are going to report your name on global TV destroying your life” was the only ‘talk’ they needed to do.
This was an attempt to shut up the Reddit/4chan/FR for that matter ‘trolls’ on the internet Hillary and the Dems have been blaming for Hillary’s loss.
Knock one down and the rest will shut up. That was the idea.
They have no idea what they started though. 4chan has dedicated geniuses who will unleash computer hell on CNN and anyone associated with them.
I don’t think the network will ‘go away’ but I see people leaving there because of the flak and a massive hack further reducing their credibility - if they have any left.

I feel very strongly about the Swift boat vets… I thought that what they did during the 2004 campaign did indeed save this country from the disaster of a John Kerry presidency. (It's hard to believe that there could be a worse person in the White House, but that was clearly the case with Barack Obama…)

To the Massachusetts moon bats credit (if indeed credit can be given in any way to them) my car never got vandalized, but I did have one incident that makes me laugh every time I think about it.
One morning as I was driving into work, a car passed me on my right. As I looked over I saw a hand pressed up against the driver side window with the middle finger extended. To my astonishment, it “looked like a little old lady with a gray bun on her head! (In retrospect, I'm not sure she was actually a little old lady, but one of those 50+ year old aging moon bats, but when they look like that, you can never really tell…) I'll be honest, I very nearly did run off the road!
