In the video, which was published by the Florida Today newspaper Thursday, the teens can be heard laughing at Dunn as he splashes futilely in the water and screams for help.
"Get out the water, you gonna die," yells one, while another yells, "ain’t nobody fixing to help you, you dumb (expletive)." As Dunn disappears under the water, one of the teens says, "Oh, he just died."

Successful people choose their friends wisely. Such friends will have good values. There is a reason for values that respect ones fellow man. They insure a society’s success when the forces of destruction challenge its existence. A culture in economic poverty will persevere when it chooses those values derived from a winner: the Judeo-Christian heritage.

You and I usually agree, but on this one I don’t see Drowny McJailregular as much of a loss. Starting with the mugshot where the papers got his picture and tracking the mugshots backwards through time, it seems that the decedent had a joyful habit of liking to wail on the people around him. Including emergency medical personnel.
I just don’t see old Drowny as the big loss you see.
Or any loss whatsoever to ge honest.
