Trump turns on GOP(e) Congress

President Trump is firing pointed criticism at the GOP Congress, ripping lawmakers for sending him a Russian sanctions bill he hates while failing to negotiate an ObamaCare repeal bill.

While tensions between the president and GOP lawmakers have been simmering for months, the latest exchanges suggest a turn in the relationship.

Trump lamented Thursday that the U.S.-Russia relationship is “at an all-time and very dangerous low.”

“You can thank Congress, the same people that can’t even give us [health care]!” he tweeted.

It was the second day in a row that Trump ripped the Congress on both issues, and GOP lawmakers were happy to return fire.

Trump isn’t alone by a longshot. I’ve never been so disappointed in the GOP. I always believed they would be of some use, to do some good but really they have become useless.

If Trump didn’t like the Russia sanctions bill, and thought it was terrible policy (it is), he shouldn’t have signed it.

REMEMBER MISSISSIPPI!

Does anyone know or remember what is meant by that?

Thad Cochran (ancient, out-of-it) put in over a Tea Party candidate, mainly by former RNC head Haley Barbour reaching out to Democrats to make it happen.

Beware of ANY articles written by two or more people. Almost always, it’s BS.

Presuming that the anti-Trumpers are correct & in touch with reality, when American families look at their monthly budget, income, and expenses they worry about the “Russia” issue and don’t worry one bit about those 4 digit monthly health insurance premiums, 5 digit annual deductible, and the pile of bills for the pharmacies, labs, doctors, dentists, and other health care providers along with the coverage denial letters from their health insurance carriers and the news that their premiums are going to once again go up double digits next year while their wages remain flat and Janet Yellen says we have no inflation.

McCain is truly a spiteful child. He truly believes being a Senator is his entitlement. Trump shouldn’t have said what he said. It was over the top. But McCain is no patriot.

I remember them trashing the Tea Party. The people that gave them the majorities in both houses.

The GOP is more concerned about keeping the permanent Deep State Tyranny in place so they can continue to live in their “Dacha Society.” The people have become the government’s well-kept peasants.

So, you believe Trump bears some responsibility for the feckless Republican congress?

Laughable.

All he did is expose these worthless pieces of sh!t for what they are.

• Did the GOP secure the border with control of the White House and Congress? NO.
• Did the GOP balance the budget with control of the White House and Congress? NO
• Did the GOP even pass a FY 2016 budget with control of the House and Senate? NO.

• Who gave us a $2.5 Trillion Omnibus Spending Bill in December 2015? The GOP • Who eliminated, not just raise but eliminated, the debt ceiling? The GOP
• Who gave us the TSA? The GOP
• Who gave us the Patriot Act? The GOP
• Who expanded Medicare to include prescription drug coverage? The GOP
• Who created the precursor of “Common Core” in “Race To the Top”? The GOP

Trump should just endorse a slate of candidates to primary the RINOs and take over the GOP for good.

OR as I have been maintaining since he first announced his run, set up a legitimate third party and I believe he is the one man than could pull it off. Team up with the Freedom caucus and they will be a force to be reckoned with.

Why should the RATS be the only party that caucuses with TWO INDEPENDENTS?

Wow...this is what one man against the machine looks like. Your thought process is caustic and quite frankly toxic.

You need to grow wise or balls one or the other.

Specifically, this happened in the Senate.

So, be sure to let your "Republican" Senator know how unhappy you are.

I will start with McCain,

And AZ's other flake, Sen Jeff Flake who is up in 2018. He is every bit as bad as McStain or even more of a RINO.
