Conservative watchdog group, Judicial Watch announced that on August 8, 2017, D.C. District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta ordered the State Department “to search the state.gov e-mail accounts of Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, and Jacob Sullivan” for emails relating to the Benghazi scandal.
This is a major victory. The truth will prevail.
Judicial Watch reports:
Judge Mehta described Judicial Watch’s Clinton Benghazi FOIA lawsuit as “a far cry from a typical FOIA case. Secretary Clinton used a private e-mail server, located in her home, to transmit and receive work-related communications during her tenure as Secretary of State.” Further:
[I]f an e-mail did not involve any state.gov user, the message would have passed through only the Secretary’s private server and, therefore, would be beyond the immediate reach of State. Because of this circumstance, unlike the ordinary case, State could not look solely to its own records systems to adequately respond to [Judicial Watch’s] demand.
[The State Department] has not, however, searched the one records system over which it has always had control and that is almost certain to contain some responsive records: the state.gov e-mail server. If Secretary Clinton sent an e-mail about Benghazi to Abedin, Mills, or Sullivan at his or her state.gov e-mail address, or if one of them sent an e-mail to Secretary Clinton using his or her state.gov account, then State’s server presumably would have captured and stored such an e-mail. Therefore, State has an obligation to search its own server for responsive records.
State has offered no assurance that the three record compilations it received [from Secretary Clinton and her aides], taken together, constitute the entirety of Secretary Clinton’s e-mails during the time period relevant to...

Benghazi is the key.
Those two Democrat loudmouths, Hillary and Obama, went into hiding the night of the attack.
Why?
Because they were scared shirtless that everyone would find out about their criminal activities with Soros in Libya.
Why were we attacked at Benghazi?
To draw everyone’s attention to Libya and what Hillary and Obama and Soros had done there.
After the attack made the news, the blackmailing of Hillary and Obama began.
And while Soros got Qadaffi’s wealth, the US Taxpayers were stuck with the bill for the blackmailing of Hillary and Obama.

This is soooooooooooooo long overdue that my guess is there will be no (ZERO) trail of those old emails.
How many supposed Clinton ordered “suicides” have taken place and NO ONE has ever come up with answers how the deceased became such. I don’t buy the offered bogus reasons for all those young people suddenly dying. Dammit, someone needs to do something, anything.
Please, this is just another shinny object to appease the masses while they continue the march to remove Trump. The evidence has been out in the open from the beginning, yet never has there been anyone held accountable. Remember F&F, IRS, lost or deleted hard drives, unmasking, cliton foundation, uranium 1 and so many other scams that have been investigated with no wrong doing ever found? This is the most corrupt government in history and we are being played. Congressional investigations are a joke, they are owned by the deep state.
