Ivan Timofeev: program director of state-sponsored Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) managed by Igor Ivanov, heads the Euro-Atlantic Security Program of the Valdai Discussion Club, worked with Joseph Misfud in 2014 to promote ties between RIAC and the Diplomatic Academy of London, spoke with Misfud at the Valdai Discussion Club on April 18, 2016, the same day Misfud introduced Timofeev and Papadopoulos by email.
