Most of the achievements of our civilization, scientific, governing, technology are based on the population of Western Europe from the Middle Ages until the present time. Climate, DNA, opportunity. One or a mixture of those are primary factors. The question these fools have to ponder is why no other populations achieved such great innovative accomplishments.
