The only thing Roman Jimenez did wrong was resign. He should have told the other Republicans that they should quit and become actual Democrats, instead of just acting like them.
The Democrat who called for Trump’s assassination is of course refusing to resign. And it’s not the first thing she’s ever said that was disgusting and incendiary.
