I think that’s a serious violation of the forum rules. If not, it’s definitely a violation of good taste.

Rather, invoking Mike Godwin to support one's cause, or silence one's opponent is akin to those screaming "Homophobia, Hate Speech" on college campuses.

One should more carefully look into those one chooses as one's law giver.
