I'd suggest reassignment them to augmenting the patrols on the Southern Border, but then they'd spend their time scoring coke and boning the pretty female illegals, so they wouldn't do their jobs there, either.

Yet they had the money to accompany Obama and The Lovely Michelle when they went overseas every several weeks with 400+ staff, five C-17s full of their junk, and 20 armored cars (let’s not even talk about The Lovely Michelle’s personal staff of 124 people). How strange.

Don’t forget Michelle’s Obama’s mother lived in the White House and received protection. Valerie Jarrett also had a Secret Service detail. Obama’s close friend Reggie likely had protection as well.
