This is a huge mistake in my opinion. This is the breaking of a promise . This is a disaster for trump . His base will not support this in my opinion. Not good!!
Support will be there. Some will do it immediately. Others over time. He may lose a few, but not many.

I accidentally had it on ABC. They ‘helpfully’ displayed a graphic showing Afghan war casualty numbers before Trump even started. I wondered if they did the same any time during the Obama years.

Mr President, fight a WAR not a police action. Follow the advice of a former general that said that-war is hell, the more hellish we make it the sooner it will be over.

agreed he drank the cool aid when he bombed syria. spooks own him now. He should have pulled all troops two weeks ago. send all i mean all cia top to bottom to Afghanistan and seek out all terrorists and report back and then bomb the s**t out of them.
