Prediction: Weapons owners win.
They will follow Seattle and put a big tax on ammo.
You already have to provide ID just to buy ammo.
One you’ve bought the ammo, they know what you own, or at least have some very good guesses.
This is something I wish the federal government would resolve, and slap down just like sanctuary cities.
Either we have a U. S. Constitution or we don’t.
We need national preemption as this is the 2nd Amendment, which like the 1st is or should not be subject to local tinkering. My rights as a US citizen should be the same anywhere I travel in the US. Sure glad for the moment, that I live on the Nevada side of the California-Nevada state line.
The lives of women are important:
any facility having anything to do with abortion should have an Emergency Physician on site and all associated, auditable life-saving equipment.
Including a brain scanner.
“even if it saves just one life..!”
Jerry Brown will tax as much as he can. Period!
This last time:
1).10 for every plastic bag at the grocery store.
2) $2.00 on every pack of cigarettes.
3) .12 Gas tax (already have highest gas next to Hawaii)
>>>and thats just what I remember.
Mr. Brown...I can’t tell you sir how happy I am to have moved 2000 miles away.
I have a “featureless” AR with a Thordsen stock and I shoot better with it than with a standard AR Pistol Grip and Collapsable Stock. And the Lantac Dragon muzzle brake has almost completely damped out muzzle rise so followup shots are better.
The other noteworthy thing here in CA is a Federal Judge ( in Fresno) has put at least a temporary kibosh on the State law regarding the possession of magazines with capacities greater than ten rounds.
Eff the State!
In CA?
Buying ammo in Kali is cash and carry. That could change if the latest scheme passed by the Rats and also by a ballot proposition isn’t rejected by a judge.
Once you’ve read this, you’ll know why it’s nearly impossible to keep up with the regulations in California. They’re conflicting and just plain onerous.
I won’t say more. Read this. It sucks!

Well, it’s well on it’s way. They’ve got bills now that demand background checks for ammo purchasers, and are thinking of a permitting process. Brown had signed some legislation that I believe goes into effect on January 1st, 2018, and gets even worse by January 1st, 2019.
After reading this, I think I should get to a dealing soon and make some of my last ammo purchases in the state.

The Mexican Mafia Legislature in Sacramento busies themselves turning Law Abiding Citizens into overnight Felons, all the while sanctifying Voter Fraud, especially by the Illegal Invader Population.
This is Third World Banana Republic stuff.
More damage is done at the Ballot Box than by anyone using the Ammo Box in this State.
Own a CA Legal AR-15? Well, it isn’t anymore.
Every Firearm you purchase in CA is required to be Registered. This retroactive action to Register CA Legal AR-15’s is outrageous and if the Rats get back in power you can be assured it will become a Nationwide Policy.
The only thing that will secure our Second Rights will be the Trump Administration filling every vacant Federal Judgeship and hopefully (yes, I am wishing what you think I am wishing) filling a few more Vacancies on the SCOTUS. We may have a very short window to save the Republic.
Didn’t Justice Breyer just come out against the Individual Right to own a Firearm? Another Traitorous Liberal POS Overlord.
Oops...
The only thing that will secure our Second AMENDMENT Rights.
Californians will undoubtably comply with this new blatantly illegal BULLSH*T “law” just about as well as their east coast friends have complied there, at about a 2 or 3 percent level only
Stripper clips.
Fixed magazine, no problem.
Pistols will have to look a bit WWI Austrian though.
Check out the Steyr-Hahn.
Same gun
In Calif the Constitution long since has had any meaning
Hawaii is screwed up, but no restrictions on semi auto rifles, other than a magazine cap of 10 that no one pays any attention to.
Handguns, CCW, and open carry are still a battle being fought.
