The coup against President Trump has been developing for months and can be seen on the nightly news. Yet few talk about what it really means for the country and what can be done to avert this fate. Fortunately, we have the bulwark of the Constitution and protracted process inherent in the rule of law. But the urgency and clarity of mind to prevail and prevent the ouster of the President can certainly be heightened by grasping the goals and temperament of the power brokers who seek his destruction and the subsequent reordering of the country.
Suffice it to say that removal of Trump without sufficient cause would likely have dramatic and lasting repercussions. At a minimum, the power brokers involved in a successful coup would feel entitled to a big role in reordering the nation. At the other end of the spectrum, a more dramatic maximum type response could come in the form of a civil uprising of armed constituencies that voted for Trump, who might well feel there is no other recourse from the fundamental betrayal of the ballot box and disenfranchisement by their government.

These rebellious traitors need to look at the history of armed coups. What happens is those traitors, their spouses, their children, their parents, brother, sisters, even their pets are all put up against the wall and shot. They are shot not by the opposing forces (patriots) but by the real power brokers organized military that is behind the whole affair. All the useful idiots are executed. I personally believe that the Deep State followers of Obama et al is the most serious threat to the existence of the United States since founding. This is perhaps more dangerous than the Civil War and could end up killing many more people if we don’t get a handle on it.
The useful idiots will go quickly and the Deep State will follow shortly after. It will be a most unpleasant affair with much blood running in the streets.
As a Christian believer in Jesus Christ and His teachings it is difficult for me to comprehend the death and destruction that I would possibly have to be a participant in to protect my country against the revolutionaries. During the Civil war brother fought against brother. Both sides thought they were doing God’s will. I wonder what participants in the next civil war will think about their participation.
I hate to have to tell Scott Powell that any attempt to remove Trump will touch off CW11. We are in the bleeding Kansas phase of CW11 right now. It won’t take much to go hot.

If President Trump is forced out of office by the GOPe / democrats / media / Deep State and the military does nothing about it, at that point my support for the military will be over and done with.

So far in my eyes President Trump has weathered it well. No one is used to Republicans striking back to the idiocy promulgated by the left so the fact of the President calling out 'fake news' has them in a tizzy.
It is like a school yard bully (that is the media) used to getting his own way is suddenly punched in the mouth by a previously dismissed opponent. It breaks the world view of the bully and causes panic.
Then you have the people who had comfortable lives of graft and influence. They are struggling to maintain the gravy train but fear that there is an end in sight. It is like a drowning person. They would push under their dearest friend to stay afloat another minute.
Then there are the 'globalist/communist/new world order' types. These are the real immediate danger right now.

I am not so optimistic as the writer. I, too, believe we may be close to the end of the republic but I believe that proximity is in the other direction. I believe it ended in 2012 with the re-election of the Mussulman.
I just happened to look up the keyword “Illuminati” to see what responses are evoked on Free Republic because I haven’t seen any evidence it is an accepted theory. I didn’t want to post anything relevant if it would receive backlash.
I am happy to find it is considered feasible. It is the most powerful influence in the world and those involved I believe are driven and deluded by satan. Those who know Biblical prophecy see the culmination of life as we know it happening at greater speed.
I do not think anything but God’s intervention can prevent Trump from being overtaken if this is their goal.

What the Democrats and Media (but I repeat myself) are trying to do is to get elements of our side to commit or endorse rash actions.
In reality, the righteous side—our side—must exhibit the patience of Job, and continue to stand for the Rule of Law and the Constitution. The difference between conducting a legitimate Revolution versus being misguided insurrectionists is a razor-thin one.
As with the Declaration of Independence and the general public mood which emerged during that period, We the People cannot act until our backs are completely up against the wall. At that point, a spontaneous majority consensus will emerge—one which will leave no doubt as to who is righteously defending and restoring this Constitutional Republic, versus those elements who have been trying to subvert and destroy it.
One thing is certain: if these idiots think that they're going to foment some kind of politically correct "anti-capitalist" revolution that will sweep the nation, they are totally delusional—and despite being given tacit permission by the Establishment and Media, they will be swiftly and overwhelmingly repudiated.
Basically anyone who ends up on the side of the Uniparty Swamp—Democrat, Republican, or Independent—will unquestionably be on the wrong side.
The Enemy had better be careful what they wish for, because they may very well get it—albeit the ultimate outcome will not be what they were anticipating in any way, shape, or form.
