If intel can eavesdrop and track these girls or guys, why don’t they simply apprehend them and deal with them as they would if found on the fields of Afghanastan?
If they knew they were isis - WHY don’t they move in so as to prevent the attack? They certainly could have.
The cynic would allege the intelligence agencies wanted it that way, but that would be hard to believe...
