The young Long Island woman accused of falsely crying rape against two football players at her Connecticut college was back in court Friday, continuing her bid to dodge jail by getting treatment for an undisclosed mental health issue.
During a brief hearing, a Bridgeport judge granted defendant Nikki Yovino’s request that her lawyer be present as she undergoes a psychological exam that will help determine her eligibility for the jail diversion program.
“She’s hanging in there,” lawyer Mark Sherman told The Post of Yovino, 19, of South Setauket. “She’s looking for a result in this case that would not involve jail time.”

Drop the hammer on her. This is the worst kind of lie. She may be mentally ill, I.e. a liberal. Doesn’t matter to me. She behaved badly and then tried to shift the blame by lying.....
Her sentence must include complete restitution for the individuals who were dragged into the justice system, had to spend money on lawyers, odd school or workmtime, and punitive damages.
This idiot chick needs to spend a lifetime repaying those innocent guys.
And they wonder why the average Western male does not want to get married and breed with this type which is RAMPANT.
You’d end up in Family Court 5 days a week where they would take HER word as gospel while she flings allegations of child abuse against the father.
The modern Western woman was brought up on 100% authority and 0% responsibility.
I also called BS on all these syndromes and mental illnesses that they dream up to excuse ill breeding, lack of discipline/parenting and entitlement.
Would her lying accusation involve jail time for her victims? You bet! Send her worthless ass to jail for as long as her victims could have been incarcerated.

So, two athletes who obliged her lost their scholarships so she could tell a third athlete she was raped to get him to like her??!!
