I’ve found using a key word like “looters” in this case gives the best search results. Looking for the entire subject line may or may not work. The fewer words the better and of course look for the words in “titles”.

When you put a long title into search everything has to match exactly. One title had ... at the end while the other had : so your search came up empty. If you put a partial title like 19 looters arrested you would have found a duplicate right away.

When searching, don't use the exact title. Keep it simple by using words that will be found in few posts but this one. I searched "19 looters" and there it was.
