The executive branch should ignore these lower court rulings. The lower court needs to take it to the Supreme Court to get a final ruling. The lower courts do not run the country.
Mistakes are made. Bush I to his credit nominated Clarence Thomas to the SC and for that I am grateful.
If society does break down like these wanker judges seem to want, then they’d better head for the hills and hide in deep dark caves. They’ll be hunted down like the rabid vermin they’ve become.
They should just take all the grant money going to these cities and use it do build more federal prisons. We’re gonna’ be needing them.

In MY copy of the US Constitution, an “inferior Court” ordained and established by “Congress” has no “Seperate but Egual Power” like the supreme Court, Congress, or the Executive Branch.

They must be because every time a judge in hawaii or the 9’th district court rules against Trump- He obeys them- at least until the supreme court rules

You and a lot of people are- If the lower courts don’t have any hold over the executive branch- it’s a mystery why the executive branch obeys their rulings-

It’s all part of the games the “globullyshts” are playing. The result should have been expected once this and a number of similar suits were announced. Payments are defered once DOJ appeals are filed not sure but I think there is one already filed .So this suld be an issue during the 2018 campaign.
