NFL players across the league knelt, locked arms and even refused to come out of the locker room during the national anthem Sunday. They were joined by coaches and even owners.
It is believed to be in response to President Donald Trump's comments and tweets this week on protests during the anthem.

Most certainly I am done with them. This is NOT about “freedom of speech” which every player and ever American has on their own time. This is about uniformed, paid professionals who in the midst of a brief patriotic display (flag and national anthem) choose to DISRESPECT those symbols of America.
I don’t care why they feel the need to protest, this is not the appropriate time, place, and manner. There are many ways to protest and express opinions freely which do not involve such flagrant disrespect to our nation.
STOP PLAYING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM AT THUGBALL GAMES.
The National Anthem's NOT played before the Emmy's start - or for that matter before ANY Hollywood white liberal elite event.
Why should it be played before a thugball game?
