My thought is if one is stupid enough to go to Iran, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, Chad, and North Korea...then pack your bags and update your will.

BTW, notice that this announcement was made while everyone was talking about knees. This has been Trumps M.O. from the start. Distract the opposition with bright shiny objects while he quietly gets things done.

I didn't realize foreign nationals had the same rights as American Citizens.

But then I remember that in the Communist/Progressive world view the nation-state is an artificial construct.

President Trump is trying to protect the nation but Progressives aka Democrats are trying to continue Obama's DACA promise to fundamentally transform America into a Socialist/Third World nation

It sparked international outrage and was quickly blocked by federal courts as unconstitutional discrimination or a violation of immigration law.

And those courts were in turn slapped down by a united SCOTUS. Liberal judges will continue to legislate from the bench until their misguided opinions get to higher courts.

A quibble that does not argue against the sentiment of the article: The lower court’s ruling against the initial ban was simply a goal-seeked opinion and was seen as such by many at the time, including jurists of Supreme Court caliber.
