Howdy, LUV!

Sure would be nice if your cool weather would ease on over here. It was still pretty warm and humid when I woke up but there was a nice breeze. The clouds cleared out late this afternoon and the humidity was noticeably lower then.
Only cooling to mid to upper 70s for us the next few days, then back into the 80s. A/Cs will stay on.

I noticed that ours will be back into the 80s later this week into next week. It’s not welcome! I’m tired of the AC. Having the doors open today to let “real” air in was wonderful!

Hope we both get another cool-down soon! But not icy. Nope!

I don’t mind low to mid 80s if the humidity isn’t high but 70s are better. When it starts getting to 60s for highs, that’s a little cool for my tastes. I’m a bit of a wuss when it comes to chilly temps. LOL

No way we’ll open our windows for a while since harvest season is getting in full swing and the air is cruddy with dust. My eyes feel like they’re still full of grit from being out this afternoon. Sinuses ain’t too happy either.

All that dust is making me want to sneeze. That’s what it’s like around here in the spring when we have our spring sandstorms. Ask MY...he’s seen ‘em! And it’s why I no longer like spring as a favorite season. LOL!

We get dust in the spring, too, when the fields are plowed and planted. Add all the pollen to the mix and UGH!

Seeing pix and videos of sandstorms is more than enough to keep me from ever living in a desert area. They’re vicious.

They ARE vicious! And nasty! The sand gets into everything! It’s not as bad here as it is north of here, because it’s too deserty to grow crops in our county. LOL!

But when the wind blows out of the north...look out allergies!

Do you watch Grey’s Anatomy? It was really good tonight. Actually I watched the first 2 episodes tonight. I keep thinking it’s going to get stale but then it doesn’t.

I think I’ll let y’all have your sand and just stay here to deal with dust and pollen. LOL! They’re plenty bad enough.

I watched early Grey’s Anatomy a few years ago when CBS showed the episodes late at night on weekends but that’s the only time. I never watched it on its regular network because it was up against something else I regularly watch.
