Why are we sending hundreds of truck drivers?
Sending hundreds of truck drivers because we wouldn’t want to bother the locals, who know the roads and all that sh!t.
Because the PR government can’t reach most of their qualified truck drivers, who are living in places that now have no communications with the outside world. They tried hiring semi-qualified people and three fuel trucks were stolen.
Once this is over, PR has got to get its act together, develop a disaster plan, improve its infrastructure, stop having one of the most generous public employee retirement plans in the universe and stop building a society where everybody’s biggest ambition is to get a civil service job. They had a good governor a few years ago, who made a lot of difference during his term, but the municipal unions defeated him.
That said, I think it’s great that Rosselló, their current governor, has come out and thanked Trump and tried to correct the mainland leftist media narrative.
Because they don’t have anyone to drive supplies to the people...there is no gas, no trucks....and supplies are sitting at the ports...

Because Puerto Rico truck drivers are unable to get to Port, or cannot be contacted....on Twitter/NEWS day before yesterday! Only 20% showed up, and without them the containers that have been sitting in port cannot be moved to the people in PR that need them!
Trump responded and the containers of food and supplies are in the port....not enough truck drivers to get them to places they need to go to help those needing them!
80% of the drivers in PR are teamsters and they're on strike.
With that being said, you can always use drivers who are willing to drive. A friend of mine is a driver for a trucking company here in SE Michigan and his company sent a convoy of trucks to Florida to help in the rescue and clean up.......
Look what's behind her....
