Agree.
We saw the Astros play Boston, recently. The security has been ramped up 100-fold. Fewer entrances, with enhanced searches. Closed roof on very nice day, etc.
Scary times.

When we were at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, several years ago, we saw snipers atop most of the buildings, along the parade route as well as choppers overhead, etc.
Might become a more common practice - scaled to the venue, etc - across the country.
