This is absolutely disgusting & a total result of the “brilliant” leftist government. Homeless from all over the country are relocating to Southern CA. They get free food & free needles.

First they did nothing about the homeless letting them live anywhere without any repercussions. Crime & drug use is rampant, and the authorities won’t do anything about it.

Then, the politicians outlawed plastic bags to “save the environment”. The homeless used the plastic bags to defecate in. Without the plastic bags, the streets are open sewers.

Now they need to go around & literally flush the streets.

Absolute insanity.
