‘ER’ actress calls out Clooney, producer in misconduct claim
NY Post ^

Posted on 10/13/2017 11:06:57 AM PDT by TigerClaws

A former “ER” actress claims that she was sexually and racially harassed daily on set — and George Clooney helped “blacklist” her from Hollywood when she complained.

“Clooney helped blacklist me when I spoke up abt harassment on ER.’women who dont play the game lose career’I did,” tweeted Vanessa Marquez, who played a nurse on the show’s first three seasons.

She accused actor Eriq La Salle and a crew member of being “p—sy grabbers” and said racial abuse about her Mexican heritage came from “Anthony,Noah,Julianna.”

Marquez said she complained to executive producer John Wells.

“Wells was the boss&I 1st reported it to him.His 1st question:Did George do something to u,” she tweeted.

Marquez has appeared in a handful of short films and TV movies since the 1990s, according to her IMDb page. In 2005, she discussed her shopping addiction on the A&E reality show “Intervention.”

Her accusations came after Clooney denounced producer Harvey Weinstein for sexual assault, describing his alleged actions as “indefensible” but saying he had no idea what the movie mogul was up to behind closed doors.

I know everyone is enjoying watching the left eat each other, but they are also really moving the goalposts on what is considered “sexual harassment” as they do.

Here is another one. Clearly indicated Clinton, IMO, for the Politico

http://blindgossip.com/?p=87674#more-87674

[Blind Gossip] Have you noticed that some women have taken an unusual approach to the Harvey Weinstein issue? An insider tells us that several of them are deflecting… and some of them are outright lying!

Grace: This actress has fallen from grace but claims that Weinstein never touched her.

She is lying. She has been with him on more than one occasion trying to “incentivize” him to hire her. He took advantage of that but always claimed that the projects fell through or that there was a better one coming. He laughed about the fact that she was desperate enough to keep coming back.

Esteemed: This esteemed and awarded actress claims she knew nothing.

Her innocent act is bulls*t. She has known for years and years about his behavior. FFS, she even warned [her own daughter/s] about him! No reason to warn them if she really didn’t know anything, right?

Politico: This famous politico immediately deflected any discussion of Weinstein toward a denouncement of Donald Trump.

She’s lying about not knowing anything. She’s known about Harvey’s behavior for at least ten years, but he kept the money rolling in, so she shrugged it off. She’s surrounded with these kinds of guys, so it’s really not a big deal to her. She even used to gossip about which actresses he was doing it with! She will use every negative news event to take a slap at Trump. She can’t help herself.

Blonde: This blonde actress has not mentioned Weinstein at all, but has talked about how someone else in the industry treated her in an unseemly manner.

She is actually one of the two or three biggest beneficiaries of “meetings” with Harvey over the years. She is very, very ambitious. Unless she gets some sort of subpoena, I think she’ll protect him. She has to say something about harassment, though. That’s why she’s deflecting the discussion and making it about someone else. That way she can play victim but not implicate Harvey.”

Its seemed to me for awhile that hes been trying to maneuver to place himself into a political position once women decide his looks have faded. Im hoping she crushes this communist too.

I wonder why nobody is talking about the vulnerable white women in the military who have been sexually harassed daily by black men then tossed out of the service as “unfit” for complaining...

these actresses could walk away...the women in the service would be AWOL and punished for not going to work or leaving the base during duty hours ...

Frankly I’m not sympathetic towards these actresses...my concern is with the women serving our country..

Hitchcock ..who always seemed gay to me..

Hitchcock star Tippi Hedren says director was ‘evil’, and she’d be rich if sexual harassment laws applied in the 1960s

It's stunning how everyone has played the Sgt. Shultz role of knowing nothing about Harvey Weinstein. If that's the case, how come Seth McFarland made a joke about Weinstein's sleaziness at a Hollywood award show? And note how everyone provides a knowing, nervous laughter after the joke. Yeah, everybody knew.

See joke on YouTube here.

“Hillary selling out Weinstein because he wouldn’t bankroll her next campaign?”

That is my current theory.

Every guy brags brags about it and every guy tries it. Some do it up front and with respect to the women, like Trump and some are whiney sniveling cowards about it like Weinstein.

Chicks dig me because I rarely wear underwear...

Weinstein just proved that what Trump said was absolutely right.

Believe me, if Trump did anything like what Weinstein did, we would have heard about it 24/7.

Clooney’s quite good in screwball comedies like “O Brother Where Art Thou.” I don’t much care for him in dramas. In real life, he’s a self-righteous a$$.

My neighbor loves Clooney, hates Trump, & watches late night tv. Glad she doesn’t vote.

I have a neighbor who agrees with your neighbor, but she DOES vote. Of course, she also thought that Steven Colbert and Jon Stewart were real journalists and anyone on Fox News just spread lies and innuendo.

Ah, the beauties of living in the Bay-Airhead Area of Planet Moonbeam.

One of the things that supports and always has supported plausible deniability is, victims of crimes tend to wind up a little mixed up, assuming that they weren't already (which made them easier marks for the perps); and in the entertainment industry, there appear to be very few people going into or coming out of it who aren't a freakin' train wreck. I suspect Clooney has his eye on a political career, and pictures himself in the White House someday. Cover Boy will of course get a pass. The Partisan Media Shills were all-in siding with the racist 'protests' by the overpaid thugs of the NFL, perhaps now we'll see a long-delayed backlash against the NFL, for its alleged higher instance of domestic violence (a former Saints player just made the papers with that). As Bill Burr said, domestic violence by NFL players? Compared with what, plumbers? And of course, here are related links, including looky looky, a Fidelity stock picker, and a township BOC president! Everybody's doin' it! Call Off Your Old Tired Ethics! Pretty soon the allegations about the Branch Davidian child abuse will resurface, just to remind us what yeoman work Bill Clinton did when he had the tribe exterminated -- see, you shouldn't have been a sexist, and just voted for Hillary like the good little zombie you are. Thanks TigerClaws.
