Why would he want to spend his last days either trying to create a legacy or bashing Trump. He clearly is very very ill, he really should spend his time with his family.
His family hates him and he hates them. It’s a family of convenience. Why would he want to spend his last days with them when he could be twisting the knife in the back of America?
I truly believe he is “getting back at Trump” and won’t vote for a single bill coming out of the Senate.
