OK, this is a complicated case but based on the evidence you’ve presented I’d have to find her Not Guilty, but on the other hand I’d have to find the cops not guilty either.

It’s a good legal question that I do not know the answer to: Can a prisoner legally consent to sexual relations with an officer of the law. I don’t know. Doubt it.
I'm saying the way she dresses and poses lends some support to the officers' claim that it was consensual. Doesn't mean it actually was. Hopefully the truth will eventually come out. Still, like another poster said above, they will, at best, be out of work for having sex on the job.

Common in many jurisdictions, especially in corrupt, large, urban areas, for police to take bribes in “trade” from prostitutes.

I’m gonna go out on a limb here and speculate that these two don’t go to Mensa meetings after a day on the job.
The idea would be, I imagine, is that she would soon be "un-arrested" afterwards, if such a thing is possible. Undo an arrest.

So it would be considered rape regardless if she agreed? If so, I'm sure they would get a less harsh sentence than if they physically raped her, against her will.

Are you saying that there is no chance that she agreed to it, for whatever reason, including to be let go on the charge, if that would even be possible.
